• Four Hours of Consultations
• One Hour Coordination for Ceremony and Reception
• One On-Site Professional for 5 Hours
• An Assistant for Set-up Only
• Vendor Confirmations
• Day Itinerary for Vendors

Emperor:  This package is perfect for the couple that has already begun the planning process and accomplished most of the work, but still requires guidance and assistance to coordinate all the details.  This package includes the following professional services:

• Maximum of 6 meetings
• Checklist
• Wedding Day Itinerary
• Etiquette Advice
• Final Vendor Confirmations
• Rehearsal
• On-Site Coordinator for Ceremony and Reception
• Arrangement: Favours, Escort or Place Cards, Guestbook, Gifts, Photos, Personal Items (Toasting Glasses, Cake Servers, etc.)

Monarch:  our all inclusive package includes all of our main services as well as the following:

•  Unlimited Meetings, Telephone Calls, and Emails
•  Budget Advice
•  Monthly Checklist
• Site Selection and Floor Plan Design
•  Seating Arrangements
•  Review Etiquette
•  Provide Honour Attendants with a List of their Duties
•  Invitation Selection  and Assembly Assistance (Organize Mailing Lists, Envelope Addressing
• Transportation and Accommodation Arrangements
•  Food and Beverage Planning, Menu Selection and Cake Design
• Tabletop Design and Decorating
•  Ceremony Rehearsal Direction
•  Rehearsal Dinner Confirmations and Arrangements
